My account has been Suspended. How can I get it back to work?




When you see this message on your website, this means that Axislayer has suspended it. The reasons that may have led to this are:

  1. Your hosting account has expired and you need to renew it. This can be done very easily through your Customer Area, My Invoices Section. Once you do that, your website will be back online immediately.
  2. You have violated our Terms of Use and we have suspended your account. In this situation, you will receive an email from our Abuse Department and a ticket will be opened in your Ticketing System. In order to resolve the issue, you have to either reply to the email or to the ticket that our support team wrote to you.
