My account has been Suspended. How can I get it back to work?
When you see this message on your website, this means that Axislayer has suspended it. The reasons that may have led to this are:
- Your hosting account has expired and you need to renew it. This can be done very easily through your Customer Area, My Invoices Section. Once you do that, your website will be back online immediately.
If I renew my account before due date, will the renewal count from the expiration date or from the date I renewed it? (Views: 1871)
